The rental prices are weekly prices for a maximum of five people and include all energy costs. The minimum stay is one week. In addition a tourist tax of the town of Flayosc applies. Details on request (between 7€ and 11€ per day) Arrival day in the high season is Saturday, otherwise adjustments are possible after consultation.

We charge 990,00 € per week for occupancy with max. 2 persons in a double room.
Service charges
Final cleaning: 120,00 €
Bed linen / table linen / towels / pool towels: 30,00 € p.p./set
Pool heating (May & October): 30,00 € p. day
Payment by bank transfer
Deposit at the signing of the contract: 25% of the rental price
Final payment: 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period
Deposit: 500,00 €
